Is there really no commitment?
Yes. Every plan comes with no commitment: you can cancel in 3 clicks from your account (My subscription > Cancel), with no explanation needed and no fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You enjoy your plan for 7 days without being charged. We send you an email 3 days before the trial ends, with the date and amount of the first payment. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.
What makes your horoscopes different?
Every text is based on the real positions of the planets, calculated from ephemerides, and follows a demanding editorial charter: kindness, variety and no alarming predictions. With a subscription, you also receive a personal horoscope calculated from your own birth chart: today’s planets read through your houses and your birth planets.
Who writes the horoscopes?
Our texts are written with the help of artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic), guided by an editorial charter written by Yoël, founder of Orbelune, and grounded in real astronomical calculations. Automatic checks filter out anything anxiety-inducing and any medical, financial or legal advice.
Which plan should I choose?
Sun if you want it all: your personal sky every day, every week and every month, plus your questions to Orbelune, 5 a day. Star for your personal sky day by day, with 3 questions a month. Moon for your sky of the month and your interpreted birth chart. Paid annually, Sun works out at €9.92 a month (€119 paid once a year).
How do questions to Orbelune work?
You write your question in your account (love, work, a decision…) and the answer arrives within seconds, drawing on your birth chart and the current sky. It is written by artificial intelligence, guided by our editorial charter: it sheds light, it does not decide for you.
Can I change plan or take a break?
Yes, at any time from your account. Upgrading to a higher plan is immediate and prorated. Moving to a lower plan creates a credit deducted from your next invoices. You can also pause your subscription for up to 3 months.
What if I change my mind after subscribing?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. And we go further than the law requires: if you withdraw within that period, we refund you in full, in one click from your account.
How do I receive my horoscope?
By email at the time of your choice and, depending on your plan, by notification on your phone or computer, or by SMS (Sun plan). All your horoscopes remain available in your account.
Is my birth data protected?
Yes. Your date, time and place of birth are used solely to calculate your chart. They are never sold or passed on to the writing service, which only receives the result of the calculation (the signs and houses of your planets), without your name or email. You can export or delete them at any time.
Can astrology predict my future?
We don’t claim it can. Our content is offered for entertainment and personal development: a mirror for reflection, perspective and inspiration. It never replaces the advice of a health, legal or financial professional.
