You can end your subscription at any time, in 3 clicks. Your access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payment will be taken after that.
If you are not signed in, you will be asked to sign in.

- Confirm the cancellationOne click is all it takes. You immediately receive a confirmation email showing the end date.
Less than 14 days? Full refund
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you subscribe. We then refund everything you have paid, with no deduction, using the same payment method, within 14 days at the latest. The “Withdraw” button appears in your account, under “My subscription”, throughout this period.
Would you rather write to us?
Simply send us your cancellation or withdrawal request from your account's email address to bonjour@orbelune-astro.com. We will process it and confirm it by email.

Frequently asked questions
When does my cancellation take effect?
At the end of the period you have already paid for, or at the end of the free trial if you cancel during it. You keep access to your horoscopes until that date, and no further payment is taken after that.
Do I have to give a reason?
No. You are free to cancel, at no cost and without giving a reason. We simply invite you, if you wish, to tell us in a word what we could improve.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you are within 14 days of subscribing: by exercising your right of withdrawal, you are refunded everything you have paid, within 14 days at the latest. After that, the current period remains payable but is never renewed.
What about the free daily horoscope?
It does not depend on your subscription. You can keep receiving it, or unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
