The Site is published by Yoel Khalifa EI (trading name: Orbelune), a sole trader under French law (entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise)), whose business address is Apt B-304, chemin du Bois de Saget, 31240 Saint-Jean, France, registered with the Registre national des entreprises (RNE).

Member account data is stored by Supabase in a data centre located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). To find out more, please see our privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Orbelune trade mark, the logo, the visual identity, the illustrations, the texts, the horoscopes, the astrological interpretations and, more generally, all content on the Site are the exclusive property of Yoel Khalifa EI (trading name: Orbelune) or are used under licence. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, subject to the uses expressly permitted by our terms of use.

6. Credits

  • Typefaces: Instrument Serif and Geist, distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and hosted directly on our servers (no call to any third-party service).
  • Astronomical calculations: planetary positions calculated from astronomical ephemerides.
  • Places of birth: city database from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0 licence), time zones determined with timezone-boundary-builder (ODbL licence) and history of clock changes from the IANA database. The database is hosted on our servers: your place of birth is not sent to any third-party service.
  • Assisted writing: some content is written with the help of artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude API), as described in our terms of use.
